NA-YGN Sends Army of Volunteers to Washington DC

Some 200 members of the North American Young Generation in Nuclear volunteered their time and energy to the United State National Parks Service in Washington DC last Saturday. I was among this army of volunteers, all members of the nuclear industry, who worked to clean up trash and restore park benches and fences to their former glory.

Below is a video showing just a few of the volunteers. Please join me in thanking the organizers of this event and the other volunteers who did such a great job this weekend.

Great job posting this so quickly!
The event was amazing. I’m so glad that the NA-YGN Conservation Committee dreamt-up the idea of hosting a volunteer activity as part of the annual workshop.
