    Right! Ahem, you knead to know that your Monty Python reference caused a detour from which many minutes were extracted from my very busy and important life in an effort to ascertain just what could be … or could not be, as the case may be … as it were, the foundation upon which this reference was made … or not made, as it were.

    Carry on. Nudge, nudge. Wink, wink. Say no more.
